Mr Arion Wong graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Optometry in 1997, and attained his postgraduate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in May 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Optometry and Master of Science in Clinical Optometry.
Mr Arion has been practicing optometry for the past 12 years. He has a keen interest in paediatric optometry and geriatric care. With a keen interest in teaching, he has been teaching as a visiting lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic and Parkway college. He has also previously practiced at Changi General Hospital, National University Hospital and Singapore National Eye Centre as a visiting optometrist.
Mr Arion is Chairman for the First Sight Eye Care Team. His continuous contribution in the area of eye care is well-recognised socially. He received the Singapore Rotary Club’s Unsung Heroes Award in 2007 and was awarded Singapore Young Eye Care Ambassador in 2006.
