How can I maintain my eye health?
Most eye diseases can be detected and treated early through regular eye examinations. For children up to 16 years old, they should be checked every 6 months to ensure that their eyes are developing well, and to monitor and control any myopia progression.
Adults up to 40 years old should be checked every 1 to 2 years. For the above 40 years old, they should be screened annually and even more frequently for those with or at risk of eye diseases.
At United Eyecare, our eye care professionals are well-trained in comprehensive optometric care to detect common eye diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and to provide you with the best eye care.
